TPG catch a flying tiger by the tail

Not only are we celebrating our 5^th birthday this year but we’ve also got some fantastic news about a new maintenance contract that we’ve just agreed.

Formerly known as Tiger, Flying Tiger Copenhagen is a Danish store selling accessories, gadgets and toys, with shops across the world.

We approached Tiger Cardiff Ltd (Flying Tiger Copenhagen) after hearing the company’s Directors speak at a networking event. Tiger Cardiff Ltd is the joint venture partnership for the Flying Tiger Copenhagen brand in Wales and Bristol.

We offered to quote for their maintenance management contract and the rest, as they say, was history. This 12-month agreement will include our help desk service, along with planned and reactive maintenance and statutory compliance covering all stores in their region. We’ll also be offering our surveying services, so Flying Tiger will be benefiting from our expertise across both the facilities management and consulting sides of the business.

Earning our stripes

Sarah Price, Retail Operations Co-ordinator, had this to say. “We’re a rapidly-growing company, expanding from 1 store in Wales in the latter half of 2013 to 9 stores by the end of 2016. TPG are helping us to grow efficiently by being a central point of contact for most maintenance issues.
