Our client (the Tenant) engaged the services of TPG Consulting to act for them on a terminal dilapidations matter on a retail premises they vacated in Canterbury City Centre. The Landlord had served notice and issued our client with a terminal schedule of dilapidations.

TPG Consulting attended site to assess the Landlords claim and proceeded to review the quantified demand served. TPG Consulting’s surveyor was able to negotiate the demand down by over 75% through thorough investigation and comprehensive negotiation with the Landlord’s Surveyor.
