Corus Hotels instructed TPG to review the facilities management at their flagship hotel in the city of London. The hotel is a 200 year old listed Georgian property next to Hyde Park with 389 bedrooms and a variety of meeting facilities, restaurants and bar linked to the grand hotel lobby.

TPG were instructed to undertake a detailed review of the hotel maintenance and provide a strategic report aimed at delivering change to meet the future needs of the hotel. It was a multi-faceted review which included the in-house team, compliance, planned and reactive maintenance. The review completed with a series of recommendations that the existing teams were able to adopt and implement with strategic FM support from TPG.
