LITTLE INSPIRATIONS NURSERY

The Client:

Little Inspirations Nursery care for over 250 children at six locations across South Wales. Their aim is to create a happy, safe and secure environment and provide clients with a first-class service.

The Background:

TPG and Little Inspirations found a bizarre connection where a member of the TPG team knew the Commercial Director from their days competing and playing for brass bands. Many years later, they met again but this time to discuss TPG’s services and how we would be able to support Little Inspirations with any minor repairs and project works they needed doing. TPG started with a couple of small jobs and the working relationship has since continued to grow.

Over time the client has required reactive maintenance and minor project work for their nurseries particularly in Newport and TPG has responded to any emergencies like blocked drains, electrical issues and any general wear and tear within the nursery buildings. The team have also been at hand to assist Little Inspirations with larger projects through planned maintenance or minor refurbishment work and have been a good support system for the client.

TPG initially started working with Little Inspirations in October 2017 and have since provided a service to most of the nurseries to date. The working relationship has been able to grow and progress as we continue to respond to any property emergency requests. With the requirement to accommodate the needs of the nursery team and the nursery children, any facilities management service would not be a smooth and easy process or activity. There has been a greater need to communicate between the two companies and works cannot always be fixed first time (especially if emergency works occur during nursery hours).

TPG provide a flexible approach to working with the client’s specific needs and as the properties are nurseries, some of the work is needed to be completed out of normal hours. Therefore, we strive to ensure that we work with the client in the best way possible so as to create little or no disruption to their day to day operations.
