Conway Mews Housing Development

Our client acquired a former vehicle mechanic’s garage site and planned to demolish all buildings on the land and develop eight modern mews style houses in fashionable Pontcanna Cardiff.

The development for eight mews houses was to be developed in two terrace blocks with both blocks bordering adjoining residential properties.  Additionally the site boundary was to be altered to reflect the title deeds and Party Wall advice was given in an initial site appraisal for all 16 residential properties (some of which were flats!) that adjoined the site boundary.  The matters were progressed in accordance with the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 and numerous Notices served and resulting Awards served.
