TPG Project Managers oversee from inception through to completion and handover all types of refurbishment, relocation, extension and fit-out projects. We are involved with the initial client briefing and concept development stage and manage the project through the procurement stage with the production of detailed designs, specifications and tender documentation.
We submit applications for landlords approval for alterations to a tenants demise including production of the plan drawings and agreeing specifications for the works.
TPG liaise with the statutory authorities regarding planning, building regulations, conservation and listed building consents together with obtaining any grants on behalf of the client and dealing with any other environmental or sustainability requirements.
TPG’s Project Managers use a variety of forms of contract to administer the works ensuring that the right form of contract is selected by the client with consideration for matters relating to cost, time, design, risk and quality.
We also act for landlords and tenants in a project monitoring or due diligence role to ensure the project is delivered to the required standards and that the works adhere to the quality standards throughout the design and construction phases.
