TPG Consulting offer clients a full Project Management service for shop fitting and refurbishment works. From the initial client brief we are able to undertake an outline assessment and feasibility study that includes the production of outline drawings, scope and budget costs.  We prefer to develop the detailed design with the client and produce final detailed drawings and any sub-contract tender documents along with making all relevant statutory applications for planning permission and building regulations approval.  As the project develops our Project Managers are integral to a successful process by proactively managing whilst ensuring the client and other stakeholder’s requirements are met.

We assist clients to agree the strategic procurement route of projects.  TPG are versatile in our approach as we can adopt the traditional consultant project manager role or be the prime contractor and deliver a design and build project for the client.
